Q: How do I get my digital file?
Right after checkout, you'll see a download button. Plus, you'll get an email with the file. If you can't find it, check your spam folder (it loves hiding there). Still nothing? Then message me — no need for drama.
Q: I bought a digital product and changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Nope. Once you buy it, it’s yours — like a ghost you accidentally invited in. Every listing has previews so you know exactly what you're getting. Please commit responsibly.
Q: Can I edit the file I bought?
Depends. Some are editable, some aren’t. If it’s not in the listing, then probably not. Don’t assume — read. I believe in your literacy.
Q: What format are your digital files?
Mostly PDF, PNG, JPG — whatever works best for the product. I don’t send random unsupported file types from 1998.

Q: When will my shirt/mug/thing ship? Made-to-order stuff magic takes time. Most orders ship within 2–7 business days. Q: Can I return or exchange something if it doesn’t fit? Nope. These are made just for you, so returns or swaps aren’t a thing. Please check the size chart like it’s your sacred duty — and remember, screen colors can be liars. What looks soft lilac on your phone might be slightly different in real life. I’m not running a swap shop or a Pantone lab — just one human doing their best. Q: My item arrived damaged — what now? Send me a photo ASAP. No long novels — just show me what went wrong, and I’ll fix it like a real grown-up. Q: Do you ship internationally? Yep — just expect shipping to take longer and maybe come with surprise customs drama. I ship, but I don’t teleport.
