All digital products are instant downloads, which means the second you hit “buy,” the file is yours. Instant download = instant responsibility.

Didn’t print it yet? Changed your mind? Cat walked on the keyboard and bought it for you? Still yours.

Every product has previews so you can see exactly what you’re getting before you click that magical button of commitment.

So yeah, no take-backs, no refunds, no magical reversal spells.

Print-On-Demand Merch

Everything in my shop — tees, mugs, or anything else I offer is made just for you after you order it. I don’t run a warehouse, and I’m not sitting on stacks of pre-printed stuff waiting to be shipped.

Each item is created one at a time, made-to-order, specifically for you, not mass-produced for the crowd.

So please double-check your size, your colors, your life choices — because once it’s made, it’s yours.

But if something arrives messed up or looking like it fell through a dimensional glitch, I’ve got you!

Custom & Personalized Items

If you ordered something I made just for you — with your name, your baby’s moon sign, or the exact star alignment from the moment Mercury dramatically launched itself into retrograde — that item is 100% yours.

Your custom order isn’t a “try before you buy” situation.

Broken? Wrong? I’ll handle it.

Otherwise consider it a permanent part of your weird collection.

Damaged or Defective Stuff

If something actually arrives broken, misprinted, or damaged, by postal gremlins — send pics ASAP and tell me what happened (without passive-aggressive poetry or interpretive emoji art), and I’ll sort it out.

No dramatic rituals required — just proof that your item arrived looking like it lost a fight with reality.

TL;DR:

One brain, two hands, no warehouse.

Downloads? No refunds.

Custom stuff? Final sale.

If it arrives cursed, I’ll fix it.

Tweak, edit, mash-up, or transform them to create your own new product — and yes, you can sell that.
